Southwestern College: Art Therapy (Ages 18+)
Southwestern College non-credit course. Focuses on the use of art as a creative expression and a therapeutic process. Utilizes a variety of art media to promote self-expression, to develop coping skills, and to mediate emotional and physical challenges and limitations. Designed for older adults, this course is also appropriate for anyone who wants to enhance the quality of their life.
