Special Events

The City of Imperial Beach has become a popular location for a wide range of special events with its sunny and breezy year round temperatures, picturesque coastal views, and well-kept parks and facilities. Imperial Beach hosts everything from classic car shows, to sand castle competitions, weddings, local artisan and food markets, athletic competitions, charity events, and even the City's own signature events such as the annual 4th of July celebration. 

Please note that all Special Event applications must be submitted at least 90 days (not more than 12 months) prior to the event date. No exceptions will be made. To ensure timely processing and consideration, we encourage early submission.
